The Faltive operating model
From subscription to shipped work
Faltive is an ongoing, queue-based service for design and development—not a promise that every backlog item runs in parallel. Here is what buyers can expect after choosing a plan.
The buyer workflow, step by step
Throughput depends on request complexity, the completeness of your brief, and how quickly feedback arrives. “About 48 hours” describes the average for most standard requests, not a guarantee for every task.
- 01
Subscribe
Choose the plan whose scope and billing cadence fit your backlog. After subscribing, you can begin organizing work in the shared request workflow.
- 02
Submit and prioritize your queue
Add briefs, references, copy, assets, and acceptance criteria. You can keep multiple requests queued and reorder priorities; one active request at a time is typical.
- 03
Receive design and the live build
Faltive works through the active request and shares the relevant output: Figma source files for design and, where development is in scope, a responsive live build. Most standard requests average about 48 hours; larger or unclear requests take longer.
- 04
Review and revise
Leave specific feedback against the delivered work. Revisions continue within the limits of your plan, and approval lets the next priority move into active work.
- 05
Pause, resume, or cancel
When the backlog changes, use the plan’s available pause or cancellation options. Resume when you have enough prioritized work to make the subscription useful again.
What keeps work moving
A usable request includes the goal, audience, required content, constraints, references, and a clear definition of done. Keeping one decision-maker responsible for consolidated feedback reduces avoidable revision loops.
Queue does not equal capacity
The queue stores and prioritizes upcoming work. Capacity describes what is active now. Unless a plan or confirmed add-on explicitly says otherwise, expect focused, sequential delivery rather than multiple simultaneous workstreams.
